Over the last 43 years, Chuck has helped hundreds of families with college financial literacy and athletic marketing issues.

He was approved to conduct EILA Credits (professional development courses) for all guidance counselors, principals, athletic directors, and school administrators in the state of Kentucky from 1996 to 2019.

These same professional development courses were also approved in the states of South Carolina and Indiana.

In 2011, Chuck was invited to participate as a partner in the Berea College GearUp Program. He provided financial and college literacy issues to parents and students in several school districts in eastern Kentucky.

Chuck's expertise has been recognized by the National Association of EA (IRS Enrolled Agents), which published a lead article in its national magazine (EA Journal) in its January and February 2007 Issues titled “Are Scholarships and Grants Taxable or Tax-Free?”
